📋 Description
- • Strategic Sales Executive - Agentic Technology Specialist role focused on selling SailPoint's Agentic related technology solutions (Data Access Security, Machine Identity Security, Agent Identity Security) into the ANZ market as an Overlay sales role supporting direct Account Executive sellers.
- • Day to day responsibilities include exceeding revenue quota goals, engaging with customers and partners to provide tailored solutions, collaborating with marketing on plans targeting the Identity Intelligence market, leading technical resources to demonstrate SailPoint's advantages, overseeing the full sales cycle from qualification to RFP responses, developing internal enablement programs for Account Executives and Customer Success Managers, building strategic account plans, and fostering collaboration between the Identity Intelligence Specialist team and broader sales organization.
- • SailPoint is the leader in Identity Security with customers representing half of the Fortune 500 and half of the ASX 50, recognized by Gartner, Forrester, and Kuppinger Cole as a market leader, and voted "best places to work" for 15 consecutive years due to its strong culture built around the 4I’s values.
- • The person can learn and achieve deep expertise in Agentic Technology solutions, develop strategic relationships across IT, software engineering, and Data & AI stakeholders, master consultative selling in a dynamic matrix environment, build scalable internal programs and enablement, refine go-to-market strategies against competitors like Microsoft and Okta, and advance through milestone-based enablement badges (1st Mate to Captain) while driving pipeline growth 2-3x target.
