📋 Description

• • As Head of Talent at Aios Medical, you will lead the recruitment, culture, and people operations for a fast-growing AI-driven healthcare startup on a mission to build the world’s first trillion-dollar healthcare company by automating consumer care at scale.
• • Your day-to-day responsibilities include owning end-to-end talent acquisition strategy, sourcing and closing exceptional candidates across all functions and levels; shaping a high-performance culture rooted in integrity, urgency, and mission-driven excellence; and managing all people operations including payroll, equity, onboarding, HRIS, compliance, and internal systems to ensure operational sharpness.
• • You will join a remote-first, highly ambitious team of builders and misfits backed by top-tier investors including Y Combinator, Global Founders Capital, and AngelList, working directly with the Chief of Staff and CEO to scale the organization while preserving its unique, non-corporate identity.
