  • • In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in shaping and executing a comprehensive strategy for high-impact technology partnerships. Your primary objective will be to transform external platforms and ecosystems into robust, scalable, and enduring referral channels. Reporting initially to the Chief Revenue Officer, and with a long-term alignment to the Strategic Partnerships function, you will establish a repeatable and effective engine for driving growth through strategic alliances.
  • • This position operates at the critical intersection of Product, Engineering, and Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies. You will be responsible for identifying, prioritizing, and structuring strategic partnerships with category-defining technology platforms and forward-thinking AI leaders. The goal is to leverage these collaborations to drive significant distribution and create lasting strategic advantages for Rula Health.
  • • A key aspect of your role will involve establishing and maintaining senior-level credibility with potential partners. You will navigate complex technical, legal, and business landscapes to unlock embedded workflows and native integrations. These integrations are crucial for creating sustained, platform-driven growth that aligns with Rula's mission and business objectives.
  • • This is a high-impact individual contributor role where you will translate strategic external relationships into tangible, measurable revenue outcomes. You will achieve this by developing and implementing deeply integrated, scalable partnership models that drive significant value for Rula Health and its partners.
  • • Your responsibilities will include:
  • • Developing and owning the end-to-end strategy for technology partnerships, from initial ideation and ecosystem mapping to deal structuring, execution, and ongoing management.
  • • Identifying and prioritizing potential technology partners that align with Rula's strategic goals and can deliver substantial distribution and integration opportunities.
  • • Building and nurturing strong, executive-level relationships with key stakeholders at partner organizations.
  • • Collaborating closely with Product and Engineering teams to define integration requirements, technical specifications, and ensure seamless implementation of partnership solutions.
  • • Working with GTM teams to develop and launch joint go-to-market strategies, ensuring successful adoption and revenue generation from partnership channels.
  • • Defining key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success and impact of technology partnerships, and regularly reporting on progress to senior leadership.
  • • Establishing repeatable processes and playbooks for sourcing, evaluating, and scaling technology partnerships to build a durable growth engine.
  • • Staying abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies (particularly in AI), and competitive landscape to identify new partnership opportunities and threats.
  • • Negotiating complex partnership agreements, ensuring favorable terms and alignment with Rula's business objectives and risk tolerance.
  • • Acting as a subject matter expert on technology partnerships, providing insights and guidance to internal teams.
  • • Driving innovation through partnerships, exploring new ways to leverage technology to expand Rula's reach and enhance the member experience.
  • • Ensuring all partnership activities comply with relevant regulations and data privacy standards, particularly within the healthcare sector.
  • • Contributing to the overall strategic vision of Rula Health by identifying how technology partnerships can accelerate our mission and market penetration.
  • • Proactively identifying and mitigating risks associated with technology partnerships, including technical, operational, and business risks.
  • • Fostering a collaborative environment, working effectively across internal departments to ensure successful partnership integration and execution.
  • • Championing the value of technology partnerships internally, educating stakeholders on the strategic importance and potential of these collaborations.
  • • Continuously evaluating and optimizing existing partnerships to maximize value and drive ongoing growth.
  • • Developing a deep understanding of Rula's product offerings and how they can be best integrated with partner technologies to create compelling solutions for users.
  • • Building a pipeline of qualified partnership opportunities through proactive outreach, industry engagement, and strategic networking.
  • • Leading the charge in creating a scalable and efficient partnership function that can support Rula's rapid growth trajectory.
  • • Ensuring that partnerships contribute to Rula's mission of making mental healthcare accessible and effective for everyone.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 12+ years of experience in technology partnerships, business development, or platform strategy, with a proven track record of owning and delivering significant revenue outcomes and cross-functional execution.
  • • Demonstrated success in sourcing, structuring, and scaling complex, multi-party technology partnerships that involve deep product integrations and have a measurable impact on distribution.
  • • Ability to define and execute partnership strategy from first principles, including comprehensive ecosystem mapping, strategic prioritization, integration design, and long-term value capture planning.
  • • Strong executive presence and demonstrated ability to influence at the C-level, with a history of aligning Product, Engineering, and GTM teams around high-stakes strategic initiatives.
  • • Experience building new growth channels from the ground up, establishing repeatable processes, clear KPIs, and durable platform leverage.
  • • Experience operating within regulated industries such as healthcare or digital health, with a solid understanding of compliance, data privacy, and ecosystem constraints (preferred).
