- • Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive user acquisition strategy aligned with quarterly and yearly company goals for a portfolio of casual, ad-monetized evergreen mobile games.
- • Identify and pursue scalable growth opportunities to increase user acquisition spend while maximizing return on ad spend (ROAS) across digital platforms.
- • Build, scale, and manage a high-performing user acquisition team, establishing optimized media buying processes and ensuring operational efficiency.
- • Lead business development efforts by negotiating and managing exclusive partnerships and deals with ad networks and DSPs.
- • Collaborate with engineering teams to identify and implement automation opportunities for campaign management, reporting, and data analysis.
- • Work closely with product and monetization teams to optimize average revenue per user (ARPU) through data-driven insights and coordinated strategy.
- • Lead and grow the creative team, setting strategic goals and ensuring creative output directly supports user acquisition objectives and performance targets.
- • Analyze campaign performance data to extract actionable insights and present findings to key stakeholders across the organization.
- • Continuously monitor industry trends, emerging platforms, and competitor user acquisition strategies to maintain a competitive edge in the mobile app monetization space.
- • Allocate resources effectively across channels, teams, and campaigns to ensure optimal use of marketing budget and team bandwidth.
- • Drive continuous improvement in UA processes through testing, iteration, and adoption of best practices in mobile app acquisition.
- • Maintain advanced proficiency in digital buying platforms including CPI networks, DSPs, Google Ads, and other mobile advertising ecosystems.
- • Communicate strategic plans, performance metrics, and cross-functional initiatives clearly and effectively in advanced business English.
- • Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making, accountability, and innovation within the UA department and across related teams.
- • Ensure all user acquisition activities are aligned with the company’s mission to enable successful mobile app businesses and help people grow their talents.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5 years of experience in user acquisition/media buying for mobile app products
- • Proven track record in building and scaling user acquisition strategies with a focus on growth and efficiency
- • In-depth knowledge of various digital buying platforms, including CPI networks, DSPs, Google Ads, etc.
- • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with experience working in fast-paced, metrics-driven environments
- • Ability to participate in strategic planning while excelling at day-to-day execution and optimization
- • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively across departments and with stakeholders
- • Advanced Business English, particularly in writing and speaking
