- • Lead the centralized User Acquisition Department serving multiple subscription-based products across health, education, and entertainment verticals.
- • Define and own the global UA strategy across all paid traffic channels including Meta, TikTok, Google, Snapchat, and Pinterest.
- • Develop scalable SOPs, testing frameworks, and reporting systems to standardize UA operations across product teams.
- • Design and own department-wide and individual OKRs/KPIs tied to CAC, ROAS, LTV:CAC, retention, onboarding conversion, and ARPU.
- • Manage, mentor, and develop a distributed team of 5–7 expert UA Managers embedded within product teams.
- • Lead full lifecycle hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management for the entire UA function.
- • Oversee multi-million dollar monthly paid media budgets across all platforms and products, ensuring efficient spend and positive return.
- • Partner with data science teams to build and refine advanced analytics, attribution models, and measurement systems.
- • Own the UA testing roadmap including A/B tests, geo-expansion initiatives, channel scaling, and creative iteration.
- • Collaborate directly with Managing Directors of each product to align UA strategy with business objectives and growth targets.
- • Work closely with creative leads to produce data-driven ad creatives through structured briefs and performance feedback loops.
- • Manage vendor relationships with major advertising platforms, agencies, and third-party tools used for UA.
- • Foster a high-talent-density culture focused on performance, collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- • Maintain a hands-on leadership style with a "first in, last out" mentality, deeply involved in daily execution and strategic decisions.
- • Hold teams to extremely high standards with zero tolerance for poor execution or suboptimal results.
- • Drive rapid iteration and relentless optimization across all UA activities to maximize efficiency and growth.
- • Operate as the key strategic bridge between product, creative, and analytics teams to ensure alignment and execution excellence.
🎯 Requirements
- • 7+ years in performance marketing with 3+ years in senior leadership overseeing UA at scale
- • Proven experience managing multi-million dollar monthly paid media budgets
- • Deep platform expertise in Meta, TikTok, Google, Snapchat, Pinterest, and other paid social/search/display channels
- • Demonstrated success building and scaling teams of 5–7 UA professionals within a centralized structure
- • Strong quantitative skills with fluency in Tableau, Google Analytics, Excel, and SQL
- • Experience working with subscription-based D2C products across multiple verticals
