• • Kraken is seeking a dynamic and authoritative Head of Voice for Kraken Pro, a pivotal role designed to establish and champion the trading education and market perspective for the platform. This position is crucial for fostering a trusted global community of active traders, providing a distinct and native voice for Kraken Pro, and clearly communicating its innovative roadmap, product differentiators, and overall market presence. The Head of Voice will be the primary trading authority, responsible for educating traders not just on product usage but on the art and science of trading itself, building deep trust through transparent, real-time market analysis and demonstrating Kraken Pro's superiority against established competitors like Interactive Brokers, Thinkorswim, and Tastytrade.
• • In this high-impact role, your day-to-day responsibilities will be multifaceted and strategic. You will act as Kraken Pro’s foremost trading authority, shaping all content, event participation, and public communications to reflect deep market understanding and educational prowess. A core function will be to teach traders sophisticated concepts, moving beyond basic product tutorials to impart genuine trading acumen. This will be achieved through building trust via transparent, real-trading analysis, where both successes and challenges are openly discussed. You will be instrumental in elevating Kraken Pro’s credibility by showcasing its advanced features and strategic advantages compared to industry benchmarks. Your ownership extends to the strategy, content creation, and execution of all trader-focused content and thought leadership initiatives. This involves close collaboration with the Growth, Product, and Compliance teams, as well as external Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), to maximize the reach and impact of your insights. You will regularly deliver detailed trade breakdowns, explain complex strategy frameworks, and conduct live trading sessions designed to educate and solidify trust within the community. Furthermore, you will own the overarching strategy for advanced trading education at Kraken Pro, covering critical areas such as risk management, strategic frameworks, and in-depth trade reviews. You will serve as the flagship in-house trading expert, influencing and shaping global external KOL partnerships to ensure a consistent and authoritative brand voice. A significant part of your role will be dedicated to building and nurturing a credible trader community through interactive live sessions, Ask Me Anything (AMA) events, and continuous engagement, fostering a sense of belonging and shared learning.
