The Head of Voice will be the primary trading authority, responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive strategy that educates traders on market dynamics, advanced trading concepts, and risk management, thereby building deep credibility and trust.
• • As the Head of Kraken Pro Voice, your day-to-day responsibilities will encompass a broad spectrum of strategic and executional tasks. You will act as the principal trading authority across all content channels, including written materials, live events, and public forums, ensuring a consistent and expert voice. A core part of your role will be to educate traders not just on how to use Kraken Pro, but on the art and science of trading itself, demystifying complex strategies and market behaviors. You will build and maintain trust through transparent, real-time trading analysis, openly discussing both successes and challenges. A significant objective will be to elevate Kraken Pro's standing and credibility against established competitors like Interactive Brokers, Thinkorswim, and Tastytrade by showcasing superior educational content and market perspective. You will own the end-to-end strategy, content creation, and execution for all trader-focused content and thought leadership initiatives. This involves close collaboration with the Growth, Product, and Compliance teams to ensure alignment and maximize reach, as well as partnering with external Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to amplify Kraken Pro's message and presence in the market. You will regularly deliver detailed trade breakdowns, in-depth strategy explainers, and conduct live trading sessions designed to educate, engage, and build a loyal community of traders. Furthermore, you will be responsible for defining and implementing Kraken Pro's advanced trading education strategy, covering critical areas such as risk management frameworks, sophisticated strategy development, and thorough trade reviews. You will serve as the flagship in-house trading KOL, embodying the expertise and ethos of Kraken Pro, while also playing a key role in shaping and managing global external KOL partnerships to extend market influence and reach. Ultimately, your efforts will be focused on building a credible and engaged trader community through interactive live sessions, Ask Me Anything (AMA) events, and continuous, meaningful engagement.
