- • As a Health Actuarial Associate at Brown & Brown Insurance, you will play a pivotal role in delivering accurate financial analyses and supporting strategic decision-making across a diverse portfolio of health and benefit programs. - • You will be responsible for the meticulous management and accurate delivery of financial analyses, encompassing critical areas such as projections, contribution setting, and Incurred But Not Reported (IBNR) development. Your expertise will directly influence the financial health and strategic direction of our health and benefit offerings.
- • A key aspect of this role involves assisting in the development of strategies for a comprehensive range of programs, including medical, pharmacy, dental, life, and disability insurance. You will contribute to shaping the future of these offerings by providing insightful analysis and recommendations.
- • You will be tasked with creating high-quality actuarial deliverables, ensuring they meet the highest standards of accuracy and clarity. Furthermore, you will provide essential direction and guidance to other colleagues on the team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- • A significant part of your contribution will involve mentoring junior team members. You will share your knowledge, guide their development, and help them grow their actuarial skills, thereby strengthening the overall capabilities of the team.
