📋 Description

• • As a Health Equity Program Management Advisor at Evernorth (part of The Cigna Group), you will lead the Enterprise Health Equity and Language Accessibility Program (HE/LAP), driving strategy and execution to improve patient outcomes, strengthen regulatory readiness, and reduce health disparities across clinical, analytics, technology, operations, and compliance teams.
• • You will own end-to-end delivery of health equity initiatives, managing scope, schedule, dependencies, risks, and outcomes from intake through closeout, while developing integrated project plans, roadmaps, and delivery artifacts to ensure accountability and on-time execution.
• • You will lead governance forums including kickoffs, status reviews, risk assessments, and retrospectives; proactively manage risks and dependencies; and prepare executive-ready reporting on progress, risks, decisions, and performance metrics.
• • You will support adoption and sustainability of solutions through change management and continuous improvement, partnering with stakeholders to assess scope change impacts and drive mitigation strategies in a matrixed environment.
