  • • As a Healthcare Account Executive at SailPoint Technologies Holdings, Inc., you will drive revenue growth by selling Identity Security solutions to healthcare organizations in the Boston region and beyond, playing a critical role in helping enterprises manage access risk and comply with stringent data protection regulations.
  • • Day to day, you will engage prospects through discovery calls, analyze customer needs, present SailPoint’s value proposition against competitors like Microsoft, Okta, and Saviynt, lead virtual sales teams including presales and partner resources, manage the full sales cycle from qualification to close, maintain accurate Salesforce records, collaborate with marketing and channel teams, and develop territory and opportunity plans to exceed quarterly and yearly revenue quotas.

  • • In this role, you will develop advanced enterprise sales skills, master complex solution selling in regulated industries, learn to orchestrate cross-functional virtual teams, deepen your expertise in healthcare-specific identity and access challenges, and build a track record of exceeding quotas while earning recognition through internal enablement badges like “1st Mate” and “Captains” on SailPoint’s HighSpot platform.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Proven experience as an Account Executive selling complex software or technology solutions, preferably in identity security, IAM, or related enterprise software markets.
  • • Strong communication and discovery skills to effectively engage prospects, analyze needs, and qualify opportunities in initial engagements.
  • • Ability to understand and articulate SailPoint’s competitive differentiation against Microsoft, Okta, and Saviynt, and position solutions within a broader value proposition including partner services.
  • • Experience leading virtual teams comprising presales, partner managers, deal desk, professional services, and customer success to drive sales outcomes.
  • • Proficiency in Salesforce and Clari for accurate forecasting, activity tracking, and pipeline management.
  • • Bachelor’s degree in IT, business, or a sales-related field (preferred but not required).
