- • As a Founding Account Executive, Full Cycle at Magical, you will be an instrumental early member of our US sales team, tasked with driving significant revenue growth and shaping the very foundation of our sales processes. You will own the entire sales lifecycle, from identifying and qualifying high-potential prospects to crafting compelling proposals, skillfully negotiating contracts, and ultimately, closing deals that fuel our expansion.
- • Your primary responsibility will be to consistently exceed quarterly and annual sales targets, ensuring robust revenue generation. This involves proactively building and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline through strategic prospecting, active networking, targeted cold outreach, and effectively leveraging the marketing initiatives provided by the company. You will be the architect of your own success, empowered to develop and execute strategies that identify and engage potential clients.

Success in closing 6-7-figure deals with mid-market and enterprise clients is a strong indicator of fit. Prior experience selling into the healthcare space, particularly within Revenue Cycle Management or Finance Operations, is highly preferred, as it will allow you to hit the ground running and speak the language of our target customers. 🎯 Requirements
- • 3-4 years of proven experience in early sales roles within fast-growing startups.
- • Demonstrated success in exceeding sales quota and closing 6-7-figure deals with mid-market and enterprise clients.
- • Prior experience with selling into the healthcare space is strongly preferred, with experience in Revenue Cycle Management or selling into Finance Ops.
- • Proven ability to build and maintain a healthy pipeline through outbound prospecting and networking.
