- • The Healthcare Advisory Financial Services Consultant Manager role at WithumSmith+Brown, PC is a hybrid-based position designed for a hands-on leader who thrives in client-facing advisory environments and brings deep expertise in finance and accounting transformation within complex healthcare organizations. This role is critical to helping health systems, hospitals, physician groups, and post-acute providers improve financial performance, optimize operations, and design sustainable finance functions that support long-term growth.
- • Day to day, the manager will lead healthcare finance and accounting advisory engagements from assessment through implementation, serve as a trusted advisor to healthcare executives, assess current-state finance processes and systems, design and implement future-state finance functions, address challenges in financial close, revenue recognition, FP&A, treasury, and finance operations, perform financial and operational analyses including benchmarking and forecasting, evaluate financial models and strategic initiatives, deliver high-quality client service, support engagements such as financial planning and due diligence, build and maintain strong client relationships, lead and mentor consulting teams through coaching and performance management, and contribute to practice growth by staying current on healthcare trends, regulatory requirements, and accounting standards.
