📋 Description

• • As a Healthcare Billing Recovery Analyst at Performant Corporation (now part of Machinify), you will manage a Provider portfolio focused on recovering improperly paid claims, leveraging expertise in Coordination of Benefits, Medicare/Medicaid regulations, and medical billing resolution to ensure accurate reimbursement and compliance.
• • Day to day, you will conduct outbound recovery calls to healthcare carriers and providers, analyze Explanation of Benefits (EOB) documents, review supporting documentation for appeals and disputes, maintain up-to-date knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid policies, educate providers on payment obligations, and update company systems with accurate contact, demographic, and payment commitment data while meeting productivity metrics.
