📋 Description

• • As a Healthcare Change Management Sr. Consultant on the West Coast, you will play a pivotal role in guiding public sector IT transformation initiatives, specifically supporting EHR implementation and organizational change management for federal healthcare clients.
• • Day to day, you will coordinate OCM plan preparation and execution, design and deliver communications, build change management plans aligned to program goals, educate stakeholders on change value, manage stakeholder relationships, and support business development across the Military Health System.
• • You will join Guidehouse’s Operational Effectiveness Consulting team, a trusted advisor to government and healthcare clients, working on high-impact IT consolidation and transformation projects requiring up to 75% travel.
• • In this role, you will develop expertise in federal change management, lead organizational readiness efforts, earn industry-recognized certifications, and contribute to mission-critical healthcare IT modernization that improves service delivery for veterans and military personnel.
