- • Healthcare & Life Sciences AI Rater & Evaluator role supports high-quality AI evaluation across training, benchmarking, red-teaming, and model monitoring for leading enterprises and hyperscalers.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include evaluating AI outputs for clinical accuracy, scientific validity, and safety risks; performing structured scoring and classification; identifying hallucinations or unsafe medical guidance; and applying domain-specific guidelines consistently.
- • LILT is building a global network of domain experts to improve multilingual AI systems, with a mission to make the world’s information available in any language through human-verified AI services.
- • Contributors can advance their expertise in AI safety and evaluation, influence model quality and deployment readiness, and gain experience in red-teaming, clinical risk analysis, and evaluation design—especially in the senior evaluator track.
🎯 Requirements
- • Deep domain expertise in healthcare, medicine, or life sciences
- • Experience interpreting medical literature, clinical guidelines, scientific research, or health data
- • Strong attention to detail and comfort working with structured evaluation criteria
- • Ability to explain reasoning clearly, especially in safety-critical scenarios
- • Native or professional fluency in one or more supported languages (English required for guidelines and collaboration)
