  • • As a remote-first company, we are seeking individuals who can operate autonomously while contributing to a collaborative team culture. This position is specifically tailored for candidates residing in the Greater Chicago Area, requiring a significant commitment to in-person engagement within a defined territory.
  • • This is a high-velocity, "boots-on-the-ground" sales role where you will be instrumental in expanding our network of "sold" providers. Your primary responsibility will be to drive patient demand and ensure successful patient starts within your assigned territory. You will own the entire sales cycle, from initial outreach to closing deals, leveraging provided lead lists to conduct aggressive outbound sourcing, consultative selling, and relationship management.
  • • A key aspect of this role involves extensive local travel, with a requirement to be in the field at least three days per week. You will be responsible for all in-person selling and relationship management for accounts within a 2.5-hour radius of your major metro area. Simultaneously, you will employ remote selling strategies for accounts situated outside this immediate geographic zone, demonstrating adaptability and a comprehensive approach to market penetration.
  • • The mental health crisis is profound, with one in five individuals experiencing a mental health issue and less than half receiving the help they need. Rula Health is at the forefront of addressing this challenge, and we are seeking dedicated professionals with a proven history of overachievement in outbound healthcare sales or business development. You will also be responsible for tracking and reporting on sales activities and performance metrics, ensuring alignment with team and company goals.
  • • Success in this role requires a proactive approach to lead generation, a deep understanding of the healthcare landscape, and the ability to build trust and rapport with diverse stakeholders, from individual practitioners to larger healthcare organizations.
  • • You will collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing and operations, to ensure a seamless provider experience and to optimize the patient referral process. Your insights from the field will be invaluable in shaping our go-to-market strategies and product development.
