As a remote-first company, we are seeking a dynamic Healthcare Partnerships Associate to drive our mission forward by building crucial relationships and expanding our network of providers.
  • This is a high-impact, "boots-on-the-ground" sales role where you will be directly responsible for the growth of "sold" providers and the subsequent patient demand and starts within your designated territory. You will own the entire sales cycle, from aggressive outbound sourcing using provided lead lists to consulting with potential partners and closing deals. Your primary focus will be on in-person selling and relationship management for accounts within a 2.5-hour radius of the Miami major metro area, while also employing remote selling strategies for accounts outside this immediate geography.
  • The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguous environments and draws energy from building strategic partnerships. You will be instrumental in addressing the critical gap in mental healthcare access, where 1 in 5 people suffer from a mental health issue, yet fewer than 50% receive help. This role offers a unique opportunity to be at the ground level of a fast-growing team that has already achieved 10x growth in the past year. You will contribute to solving significant societal problems while honing your entrepreneurial skills.
  • Key responsibilities include:
  • Driving aggressive outbound prospecting and lead generation through various channels, including cold calling and leveraging provided lead lists.
  • Conducting thorough market research to identify and qualify potential healthcare provider partners within your territory.
  • Building and nurturing strong relationships with key stakeholders, including individual practitioners and decision-makers within healthcare organizations.
  • Presenting Rula Health's value proposition compellingly and effectively to potential partners, highlighting the benefits for both providers and patients.
  • Managing the full sales cycle from initial contact through to closing deals and onboarding new providers.
  • Developing and executing strategic sales plans to meet and exceed ambitious growth targets for provider acquisition and patient demand.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new partners and to provide feedback on market needs.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, pipeline, and customer interactions within the CRM system.
  • Traveling to meet with potential and existing partners in person at least three days per week within your designated South Florida territory.
  • Adapting remote selling strategies for partners located outside the immediate Miami metro area.
  • Contributing to the development of scalable processes and best practices for partnership acquisition and growth.
  • Staying informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and the evolving landscape of mental healthcare.
  • Acting as a brand ambassador for Rula Health, embodying our mission and values in all interactions.
  • Proactively identifying and solving challenges in a "0 to 1" environment, demonstrating resilience and a problem-solving mindset.
