📋 Description
- • As a Healthcare Sales Executive for SailPoint Technologies in Michigan, you will drive revenue growth by selling Identity Security solutions to healthcare payers and providers, contributing to a market-leading company that protects half of the Fortune 500 and ASX 50 organizations.
- • Day to day, you will exceed quarterly and yearly revenue quotas, develop territory and opportunity plans, engage customers and partners with tailored solutions, collaborate with marketing and channel teams, manage the full sales cycle from discovery to close, and maintain accurate Salesforce hygiene while leading virtual teams of presales, partners, and customer success.

🎯 Requirements
- • Proven ability to exceed revenue quota goals on a quarterly and yearly basis
- • Skilled communicator proficient in discovery calls, analyzing prospect needs, and qualifying opportunities
- • Experience selling complex technology solutions, with ability to position SailPoint against competitors like Microsoft, Okta, and Saviynt
- • Capability to lead virtual teams including presales, partners, deal desk, and customer success to deliver sales wins
- • Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in IT, business, or a sales-related field
- • Required: Willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time for business engagements
