- • Support configuration and optimization of Epic and/or Meditech revenue cycle applications across front-end, middle, and back-end functions including Patient Access, HIM, Hospital Billing, Professional Billing, and Resolute applications
- • Participate in Epic and/or Meditech implementation or major optimization projects as a hands-on team member under senior guidance
- • Conduct current-state workflow analysis and contribute actionable recommendations for system-enabled revenue cycle improvements
- • Build, test, and validate functionality within Epic and/or Meditech systems to ensure accurate and compliant system behavior
- • Assist in the development and delivery of end-user training materials and facilitate training sessions for clinical and administrative staff
- • Document workflows, system configurations, project artifacts, and change logs to maintain accurate project records and knowledge repositories
- • Collaborate with cross-functional project teams, client stakeholders, and technical resources to align on objectives, timelines, and deliverables
- • Provide on-site or remote support during client go-live activities, including real-time issue tracking, troubleshooting, and resolution
- • Identify system or workflow inefficiencies, escalate critical issues, and propose mitigation strategies to ensure seamless revenue cycle operations
- • Contribute to internal knowledge sharing by documenting best practices, lessons learned, and standardized approaches for future engagements
- • Engage in revenue cycle operations spanning the full continuum from patient access through billing, collections, denials management, and reimbursement
- • Apply understanding of healthcare reimbursement models, payer contracts, and regulatory compliance requirements to inform system configurations and workflow designs
- • Utilize reporting and analytics tools within Epic and/or Meditech to monitor performance metrics, track denial rates, and support operational decision-making
- • Travel up to 50% to client sites as needed to support implementation, optimization, and go-live activities
- • Maintain accurate and timely project documentation in alignment with consulting standards and client expectations
- • Assist in the adoption of new Epic or Meditech application updates, upgrades, and patches as part of ongoing system optimization efforts
- • Support internal initiatives for knowledge development, including contributing to practice libraries and participating in team learning sessions
- • Work within a consulting model to deliver client-centric solutions while adhering to Guidehouse methodologies and quality standards
- • Demonstrate adaptability to dynamic client environments, varying project scopes, and evolving regulatory requirements in healthcare technology
