- • As a Help Desk Analyst 1 at WEX Inc., you will serve as the first point of contact for technical support, providing fast and effective assistance to end users across the organization. Your role is critical in maintaining smooth IT operations by resolving incidents and service requests efficiently, directly contributing to user productivity and satisfaction.
- • Day to day, you will manage incidents and service requests via the IT portal, phone, and chat; log and track tickets in the IT Service Management System; use remote takeover tools to diagnose and resolve issues; support Microsoft desktop/server environments, Active Directory, Office, and G-Suite; maintain asset databases; document solutions in the knowledge base; mentor newer team members; and communicate clearly with users about resolution timelines and progress.
