- • As a Help Desk IT Support Specialist at Careerswift AI Inc., you will be the first point of contact for employees experiencing technical issues, ensuring quick resolution and minimal disruption to productivity in a fully remote US-based role.
- • You will handle incoming support tickets via Zendesk, Jira, or ServiceNow, troubleshoot hardware and software problems on Windows and macOS, manage user accounts through Active Directory and Microsoft 365, and resolve networking issues including VPN, DNS, and TCP/IP connectivity.
- • You will maintain the internal knowledge base by documenting solutions clearly and escalate complex or recurring problems to appropriate teams with full context to prevent repeat incidents.

🎯 Requirements
- • At least 1 year of experience in IT support or a helpdesk role
- • Hands-on experience with Windows and macOS operating systems
- • Familiarity with at least one ticketing system (Zendesk, Jira, or ServiceNow)
- • Basic understanding of networking concepts including VPN, DNS, and TCP/IP
- • Ability to explain technical issues in plain language without making users feel uncomfortable
- • Comfortable working independently and managing your ticket queue without constant supervision
