- • As a Sr. Channel Enablement Program Manager at Verkada, you will be the architect and driver of growth for the channel partner ecosystem, bridging internal strategy and external partner success by building scalable, repeatable learning frameworks that directly improve partner performance and empower them to drive revenue.
- • You will spearhead the development, execution, and communication of the business impact of ongoing learning initiatives across channel partners, design and execute program and process frameworks that exhibit repeatability and scalability, and strategically establish, oversee, and expand learning and competency development programs that enhance partner business processes and internal team interactions.
- • You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Channel Marketing, Product Marketing, Enablement) to craft instructional content and manage the partner learning portal, forge strong partnerships with sales leadership and channel business partners to prioritize program enhancements, and regularly report on program performance and business impact through quarterly business reviews.
- • You will balance program management responsibilities with strategic planning, serve as the main driver for NPI Channel Enablement from a resource balancing perspective, manage and tactically execute all elements of programs including training and asset creation, scheduling, documentation, cross-collaboration, and timeline management, and facilitate live and/or virtual training and information sessions as needed.

- • You will work onsite five days per week in San Mateo, CA, in a high-visibility, cross-departmental role requiring frequent engagement with leadership and the ability to manage multiple programs or projects simultaneously in a fast-changing environment.
- • You will receive and scope Tier 1 requests with stakeholders to fully understand impact and develop project plans including pre-launch, launch, and post-launch components, ensuring the channel perspective is represented in new product or process introductions throughout the year.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of prior experience in Sales Enablement, Channel Operations, or a Project Management role where you engaged channel partners as a main stakeholder
- • Highly organized and efficient with the ability to manage multiple programs or projects simultaneously
- • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to set priorities and agendas for meetings and send action items to all stakeholders
- • Program/Project Management experience and/or certifications preferred
- • Must be willing and able to work onsite five days per week in San Mateo, CA
