- • The Revenue Intelligence Operations Manager, Renewals at Veeam Software Group GmbH serves as a central operational partner in the post-sales ecosystem, ensuring renewals execution, seller workflows, customer-facing processes, and performance insights operate as a cohesive system aligned with Customer Success, Support, Professional Services, and Sales.
- • Day to day, the role involves serving as a trusted operational partner to VP and Director of Renewals Operations by delivering executive-ready insights and supporting MBRs, QBRs, and strategic planning cycles; owning the end-to-end renewals operating model and cadence, including defining and tracking globally consistent KPIs, leading indicators, and risk signals; improving the Renewals Account Manager experience by reducing operational friction and increasing time spent in high-value customer interactions; driving cross-functional alignment on initiatives and championing disciplined change management to ensure high adoption of new processes and tools across regions; and leveraging analytics and AI-powered tools to improve renewal predictability, identify churn risk, surface expansion signals, and reduce manual work for sellers and leaders.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Analytics, or a related field; equivalent experience considered
- • 5+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, renewals, or customer success operations
- • Proven ability to define, track, and act on KPIs, leading indicators, and risk signals in a renewals or post-sales context
- • Experience driving cross-functional initiatives and change management across global teams
- • Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), analytics tools, and reporting platforms
- • Familiarity with AI-powered analytics or revenue intelligence tools is a plus
