📋 Description

• As a High Velocity Account Executive at Employ Inc., you will drive new business growth by selling the company’s suite of talent acquisition solutions—Jobvite, Lever, and JazzHR—to mid-market and enterprise clients across the United States. This role is critical to Employ’s mission of transforming hiring through technology, enabling recruiters to focus on meaningful human connections rather than administrative tasks.
• Your day-to-day responsibilities will include prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting product demonstrations, managing the full sales cycle from initial outreach to contract closure, and maintaining accurate pipeline forecasts in CRM systems. You will collaborate closely with marketing, customer success, and product teams to tailor solutions to client needs and ensure seamless onboarding.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven track record in SaaS or technology sales, preferably selling HR tech or recruitment solutions
• Experience managing full sales cycles in mid-market or enterprise segments
• Strong proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and sales engagement tools
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and ability to thrive in a remote-first environment
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
