- • The High Volume Recruiter role at Ryder System, Inc. is critical to ensuring the timely and effective hiring of contractors across assigned accounts, directly supporting operational readiness and business continuity through full life-cycle recruitment.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating offers, and onboarding new contractors, while managing recruitment processes, maintaining relationships with hiring managers and HR teams, and tracking recruitment progress using KPIs and market insights.

🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum of 2 years of full life-cycle recruiting experience
- • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Access, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) at an intermediate level
- • Strong verbal and written communication skills
- • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and adapt to changing work demands
- • Demonstrated customer service skills
- • High school diploma or GED equivalent
