  • • Support full lifecycle recruiting for multiple business functions including R&D, Product, GTM, G&A, and Professional Services across a remote, U.S.-based organization.
  • • Partner with hiring managers and interview teams to align on hiring strategy, coordinate interview logistics, and enhance candidate experience throughout the process.
  • • Source and engage both active and passive candidates using LinkedIn, talent platforms, employee referrals, networking, and targeted outreach campaigns.
  • • Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines to support immediate and future hiring needs across the organization.
  • • Create and distribute candidate outreach and employer brand content to increase visibility and engagement in the talent market.
  • • Deliver a responsive, inclusive, and high-quality candidate experience from initial contact through offer acceptance.
  • • Ensure equitable and consistent hiring practices are applied across all teams and roles within the organization.
  • • Maintain accurate recruiting data, workflows, and documentation within Ashby and other systems to support reporting and process integrity.
  • • Assist with onboarding and orientation activities to ensure new hires are informed, welcomed, and set up for early success at SimSpace.
  • • Collaborate cross-functionally with Hiring & Internal Mobility, People Operations, hiring teams, and business leaders to streamline hiring processes and improve communication.
  • • Manage multiple concurrent hiring initiatives in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and operational consistency.
  • • Contribute ideas and process improvements to strengthen the overall hiring function and talent operations framework.
  • • Utilize tools including Ashby, Google Workspace, Notion, SeekOut, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Slack to execute recruiting activities and maintain workflow efficiency.
  • • Support employer branding initiatives by representing SimSpace in talent communities and ensuring messaging reflects the company’s Human Centered philosophy.
  • • Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate smooth transitions for new hires through onboarding preparation and pre-employment communication.
  • • Track and report on key recruiting metrics to inform hiring decisions and identify areas for operational improvement.
  • • Adapt quickly to evolving priorities and shifting business needs while maintaining professionalism and integrity in all candidate and stakeholder interactions.
  • • Demonstrate curiosity and willingness to learn new tools, systems, and recruiting methodologies to enhance team effectiveness.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 3+ years of recruiting, talent operations, coordination, or related experience within a technology, startup, or fast-paced business environment
  • • Experience supporting recruiting processes across multiple business functions or teams
  • • Familiarity with sourcing tools, applicant tracking systems (Ashby experience preferred), and recruiting workflows
  • • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • • Ability to collaborate effectively with hiring teams and cross-functional partners
  • • Experience supporting candidate experience, onboarding, or talent operations initiatives is preferred
