📋 Description

• The DCX Home-Based AP Audit Specialist will work as a full-time employee for a growing business based in the United States.
• The daily tasks will vary so it will be necessary to be very flexible in this position.
• Other necessary characteristics of the job include having strong attention to detail, the ability to work well with co-workers, and a desire to learn new work skills.
• We love an entrepreneurial spirit and have found that those who take ownership of a process and/or relationship tend to be most successful.
• An individual needs to be self-motivated, trustworthy, and highly dependable.
• Because we are 100% remote, we are not there to look over team members' shoulders and must be able to rely on individuals to complete tasks assigned to them in a timely manner as well as to report their time accurately so we can analyze project profitability and areas of needed improvement.
• The ideal candidate will be analytical, able to cope with pressure, make decisions, communicate clearly, plan and organize, be technologically oriented, drive for excellence, be reliable, work cooperatively, and demonstrate integrity and respect for others.
• Role details include working in the promotions industry, with a work shift of 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST, and workdays from Monday through Friday.
• The candidate must have very proficient written and spoken English skills.
• The salary range is PHP 27,000 - 35,000.
• The job responsibilities include auditing invoices against service records, breaking down charges per coding system, escalating potential financial risks, working with field and regional managers, researching and resolving disputed issues, coordinating with accounts payable, responding to department and vendor inquiries, maintaining organized documentation, tracking and collecting recycle rebates, performing monthly audits, and maintaining accounting controls.
• The qualifications for the position include a bachelor's or associate's degree and 1-3 years of professional experience, or a high school diploma or GED and 2-5 years of professional experience.
• The candidate must have analytical skills, excellent organization and follow-up skills, be extremely detail-oriented, able to communicate effectively, be a self-starter, proficient in Microsoft applications, have outstanding written and verbal communication skills, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree and 1-3 years professional experience preferred
• High School Diploma or GED and 2-5 years professional experience will be highly considered
• Analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data sets accurately
• Excellent organization and follow-up skills
• Extremely detail-oriented
• Ability to communicate effectively to all levels within the organization and to outside vendors
• Self-starter with the ability to multi-task and achieve goals
• Proficient in Microsoft applications
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of auditing while continually meeting deadlines
• Ability to adapt to change
