📋 Description

• We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented design professional with a passion for producing high-quality artwork while ensuring seamless project coordination.
• In this role, you will collaborate closely with Account Managers, clients, and suppliers to create compelling artwork, prepare customer proofs, manage production-ready files, and coordinate artwork approvals throughout the production process.
• You will also monitor vendor communications, track project timelines, and ensure orders progress smoothly from concept to delivery.
• Your creativity, organizational skills, and attention to detail will play a vital role in delivering exceptional branded merchandise and print solutions that exceed client expectations.

🎯 Requirements

• Creative & Design-Oriented: Demonstrates a strong portfolio showcasing creativity, technical design expertise, and the ability to produce visually compelling artwork across multiple mediums.
• Collaborative Communicator: Effectively communicates with clients, account managers, vendors, and internal teams while confidently giving and receiving constructive feedback.
• Detail-Oriented: Maintains exceptional accuracy when preparing artwork, proofs, production files, and order documentation while ensuring compliance with brand and printer requirements.
• Organized & Deadline-Driven: Successfully manages multiple projects, monitors production timelines, and prioritizes competing tasks to meet strict deadlines.
• Technically Proficient: Highly skilled in Adobe Creative Cloud, digital collaboration platforms, and production workflows while quickly adapting to industry-specific software.
