📋 Description

• Support Lead Merchandisers in executing client programs across e-commerce, catalog, and promotional initiatives.
• Source products using SAGE and ESP platforms, identifying compliant suppliers, pricing, minimum order quantities (MOQs), decoration capabilities, and production timelines.
• Request and confirm accurate supplier net cost quotes based on provided specifications and Preferred Supplier Agreements.
• Submit Program Product Registration documents to suppliers and obtain required Supplier Program IDs.
• Confirm supplier adherence to approved pricing and contractual agreements.
• Create and maintain Item Master Data Load (IMDL) for SKU setup and production, ensuring accuracy in item details, vendor information, costing components, embellishment details, HTS codes, country of origin, and dimensional data.
• Support updates and phase-out requests for Item Master Data Load (IMDL) as needed.
• Review Item Master Data Load (IMDL) for completeness and accuracy prior to handoff to the PDM team.
• Order and track product samples, confirming negotiated sample fees and verifying product accuracy against specifications.
• Review incoming products against approved proofs to support warehouse-receiving approval and escalate discrepancies.
• Request, track, and confirm completion of e-commerce assets including product copy, size charts, and web-ready imagery.
• Assist in compiling product descriptions, pricing summaries, and relevant details for PowerPoint presentation decks.
• Organize and maintain all program-specific documentation in structured digital folders for record-keeping.
• Coordinate assignments with shared services teams and ensure timely follow-through to completion.
• Attend internal and client meetings, capture accurate meeting notes, and document clear action items.
• Utilize Microsoft and Google applications for daily tasks and reporting.
• Apply basic skills in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Canva for product image handling and file organization.
• Work within a 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST (USA) schedule, Monday through Friday (USA business days).

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field
• 1-3 years of experience in promotional products, branded merchandise, or product support roles
• Proficiency in SAGE and/or ESP sourcing platforms
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft and Google applications
• Basic exposure to Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Canva
