📋 Description

• Lead the strategic development and operational execution of Binance’s card business, aligning product roadmap with global market demands and regulatory frameworks in Hong Kong and international markets.
• Drive end-to-end product lifecycle management for Binance card offerings, from concept and partner onboarding to launch, optimization, and performance analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, compliance, legal, engineering, marketing, and customer support to ensure seamless integration of card services within Binance’s broader ecosystem.
• Identify and evaluate strategic partnerships with payment processors, banks, and financial institutions to expand card issuance capabilities and enhance user experience.
• Monitor key performance indicators including card activation rates, transaction volume, merchant acceptance, customer retention, and profitability to inform data-driven decision-making.
• Ensure all card products comply with local and international financial regulations, including AML/KYC requirements, payment card industry standards (PCI-DSS), and anti-fraud protocols.
• Analyze competitor card offerings and market trends to maintain Binance’s competitive edge in the crypto-to-fiat payment space.
• Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers involved in card production, fulfillment, customer service, and fraud monitoring.
• Prepare and present regular business reviews to senior leadership, outlining performance metrics, risks, opportunities, and resource requirements for card business expansion.
• Optimize user onboarding flows for card products, reducing friction and increasing conversion rates while maintaining compliance and security standards.
• Coordinate with regional teams to tailor card features and marketing campaigns to local market preferences and regulatory constraints.
• Oversee budget allocation and cost management for card operations, ensuring efficient use of resources and maximizing return on investment.
• Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and external partners regarding card product strategy, technical integrations, and operational issues.
• Stay current with evolving blockchain, fintech, and payment industry innovations to identify opportunities for product differentiation and growth.
• Support the scaling of card services into new jurisdictions by conducting market readiness assessments and coordinating with local legal and compliance teams.
• Champion user-centric design and feedback loops to continuously improve card functionality, customer support, and overall satisfaction.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in card product development, payments, or fintech business operations, preferably within cryptocurrency or digital asset industries
• Demonstrated ability to manage end-to-end product lifecycles and lead cross-functional teams in fast-paced, regulated environments
• Strong understanding of payment card systems, regulatory compliance (AML/KYC, PCI-DSS), and international financial standards
• Experience in strategic partnership development with banks, payment processors, or financial institutions
