- • Serve as the senior subject matter expert and primary escalation point for all SEO and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) matters across the agency, providing definitive answers to complex technical and strategic questions.
- • Conduct high-complexity SEO audits and analyses covering technical, onsite, offsite, and AI-driven search factors, setting the standard for quality and rigor across all client deliverables.
- • Define and document SEO methodologies, frameworks, and best practices that junior team members follow, ensuring consistency and excellence in client work.
- • Present technical SEO and GEO insights directly to clients during strategic calls, acting as the authoritative voice on search visibility, AI-driven discovery, and algorithmic shifts.
- • Diagnose and resolve intricate technical SEO issues—including crawl errors, indexing problems, Core Web Vitals, and structured data failures—with clear, prioritized, and actionable recommendations.
- • Stay at the forefront of AI-driven search evolution, researching and integrating emerging GEO strategies to help clients adapt to generative search engines like Gemini, Claude, and Copilot.
- • Mentor and upskill the broader SEO and digital marketing team through guidance, feedback, and knowledge-sharing sessions to elevate overall team competency.
- • Collaborate closely with account managers, analysts, and cross-functional teams to ensure client strategies are technically sound, data-driven, and aligned with business goals.
- • Maintain ownership of the quality and accuracy of all high-stakes client deliverables, ensuring they reflect expert-level insight and strategic depth.
- • Work within a structured daily schedule aligned with US Eastern business hours: 9:30am–2:00pm PHT and 8:00pm–12:30am PHT, with a 6-hour midday break to support work-life balance and US collaboration.
- • Act as the technical authority on all SEO-related client engagements, while account managers manage day-to-day client relationships and execution.
- • Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes, tools, and documentation to scale expertise across the growing team.
- • Engage with nonprofit, trade association, and mission-driven clients, ensuring all SEO strategies align with their organizational values and impact goals.
- • Adapt quickly to evolving company systems, processes, and priorities as a small, fast-growing organization with frequent operational changes.
- • Embody a mindset of relentless improvement, consistently asking “How can I be better?” rather than seeking to adjust expectations.
- • Demonstrate the ability to disagree and commit—fully supporting and executing on decisions even when personally uncertain or opposed.

🎯 Requirements
- • Based in the Philippines with consistent availability for a long-term role
- • At least 3 years of relevant engineering experience
- • Exceptional English verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical people
- • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field
- • Proven experience serving as the engineering partner to non-technical teams or stakeholders
- • Hands-on experience with AI development tools such as Claude, Codex, and Gemini, as well as other modern AI tooling
