  • • In this dynamic role, your day-to-day responsibilities will be varied, requiring flexibility and a proactive approach. You will primarily work from the Pricing Team’s shared email inbox, managing all day-to-day pricing requests for both the Enterprise and REIT business units. For every pricing request you handle, you will be expected to thoroughly review it, analyze the customer account details, current margin, service type, and other relevant factors to provide accurate new pricing. A critical aspect of this role is responsiveness; you must provide pricing within 24 hours, and for this dedicated support role, an even quicker turnaround is expected to meet and exceed customer expectations. Your assessment of customer prices must be precise, strictly adhering to customer contract terms and the specific service requiring pricing. You will also be responsible for ensuring all pricing is provided in accordance with the pricing support Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) document. When potential issues or complex questions arise, you will escalate them to a senior member of the pricing team for guidance. Maintaining positive and effective communication with internal stakeholders is paramount, ensuring a collaborative and efficient workflow. Regular updates on your progress and any challenges will be shared during team meetings, fostering transparency and teamwork.
