- • The Lead Data Management role at Humana Inc. is a senior position responsible for defining and implementing best practices to collect, integrate, analyze, and transform raw data into actionable business intelligence, ensuring encounter submissions exceed compliance standards and driving strategic value through advanced data analysis and process optimization.
- • Day to day, the person will lead analysis and resolution of complex data challenges, develop technical solutions using Python, SQL, Databricks, Azure DevOps, and Power BI, mentor junior team members, translate requirements into technical specifications, present insights to stakeholders, and advocate for continuous improvement in data quality and management practices.
- • The Encounter Submission organization at Humana is a collaborative, innovative team focused on operational efficiency, compliance, and strategic goal achievement, supporting the company’s mission to improve health outcomes for millions through insurance and healthcare services.
- • In this role, the person can develop expertise in healthcare data systems, lead high-impact business intelligence initiatives, strengthen technical leadership and mentoring skills, and contribute to building a scalable, innovative data culture that directly influences organizational strategy and performance.
