  • • The Home-Based Finance Associate at Delegate CX Inc. plays a vital role in supporting the financial backbone of the organization by ensuring accurate and timely processing of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and client invoicing. This position is essential to maintaining financial integrity, enabling smooth business operations, and supporting the company’s mission to deliver exceptional service to U.S.-based clients in the promotional products industry.
  • • Day-to-day responsibilities include processing and managing accounts payable and receivable, preparing and sending client invoices, following up on outstanding payments, entering AP data, reviewing and reconciling vendor statements, and maintaining accurate financial records through regular transaction reconciliation.
  • • The associate will assist with financial reporting and documentation, collaborate closely with the Finance Director on special projects and routine tasks, and work with internal Pride team members to resolve billing or payment inquiries, ensuring clarity and client satisfaction.
  • • They will also help maintain organized financial systems by supporting general finance operations, contributing to process efficiency, and upholding compliance with internal controls and accounting standards.

  • • In this role, the individual will deepen their expertise in core accounting functions, gain hands-on experience with industry-standard accounting software, and develop advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and complex formulas, all while working in a supportive, growth-oriented environment.
  • • Over time, the associate can expect to take on greater responsibility in financial analysis and reporting, build cross-functional communication skills, and position themselves for advancement into senior finance or accounting roles within the organization.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • • 1–3 years of experience in finance, general accounting, bookkeeping, or a similar role
  • • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel with strong working knowledge of pivot tables, advanced formulas, and data manipulation
  • • Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or comparable platforms
  • • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills for effective client and team coordination
  • • Ability to work overnight or graveyard shifts in Philippine time to align with U.S. operating hours (8:30 AM – 5:30 PM EST, Monday–Friday)
