- • Support day-to-day administrative and operational activities for a U.S.-based client company as a full-time remote employee.
- • Assist with accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processes, including invoice management, payment tracking, and collections support.
- • Perform bookkeeping and accounting-related tasks while maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- • Coordinate internal workflows and operational processes to enhance efficiency, accountability, and consistency.
- • Assist with HR administration, including payroll processing, employee onboarding and offboarding, benefits administration, and related documentation.
- • Manage system access rights, permissions, and internal operational requests across company platforms.
- • Develop, maintain, and improve standard operating procedures (SOPs), process documentation, and internal reference materials.
- • Create clear, comprehensive documentation to ensure knowledge transfer and operational continuity.
- • Handle confidential firm and employee information with professionalism, discretion, and strict adherence to data privacy standards.
- • Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend practical, actionable solutions to reduce operational burden on leadership.
- • Work independently to prioritize tasks, manage multiple deadlines, and proactively resolve issues without constant supervision.
- • Maintain high accuracy when handling detailed financial, HR, and administrative data.
- • Communicate effectively in both spoken and written English to collaborate with U.S.-based teams and clients.
- • Adhere to a work schedule of 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST (USA), Monday through Friday.
- • Utilize Microsoft Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) and Google Suite (Google Sheets, Gmail, etc.) for daily tasks.
- • Apply basic knowledge of accounting software such as QuickBooks or Xero to support financial operations.
- • Demonstrate strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- • Take initiative as a self-starter who asks thoughtful questions, learns company-specific systems quickly, and contributes to building scalable processes.
- • Function as a team player while operating remotely with minimal direct oversight.
🎯 Requirements
- • College degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- • 1–3 years of experience in Accounting, HR, Administrative Assistant, or related roles
- • Highly proficient written and spoken English skills
- • Proficiency with Microsoft Suite and Google Suite
- • Basic background in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero)
- • Ability to work 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST (USA), Monday through Friday
