📋 Description

• Lead the implementation and maintenance of the company’s Power BI ecosystem, ensuring seamless integration with NetSuite through optimized saved searches and SQL-based connectors.
• Build and manage automated data pipelines that consolidate information from field operations platforms to create a unified, high-frequency analytics environment.
• Maintain distinct dashboard instances for Commercial, Operational, and Financial teams, each configured with tailored Row-Level Security (RLS) for executives, brand operations, sales teams, and other stakeholders.
• Develop weekly tracking metrics for company branches, focusing on Revenue, Labor, Material, Overhead, and Gross Profit (GP) to drive margin expansion and operational excellence.
• Create real-time visibility into Accounts Receivable (A/R) Aging and Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) by branch to accelerate the cash conversion cycle.
• Deploy predictive models to provide accurate revenue and bookings forecasting against budget, supporting strategic financial planning.
• Identify and deploy AI-driven solutions and automated workflows via API integrations or scripting to eliminate manual administrative bottlenecks.
• Act as a strategic partner to the CFO and Senior Leadership Team, translating complex datasets into clear narratives for monthly MD&A and Board reporting.
• Serve as the architect of the company’s "Single Source of Truth," transitioning from legacy reporting systems to an automated, scalable analytics infrastructure.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, operations, and sales teams to align reporting requirements with business objectives.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all financial and operational dashboards.
• Provide ongoing training and support to end-users on dashboard usage, data interpretation, and self-service analytics.
• Maintain documentation for data sources, transformation logic, dashboard structures, and RLS configurations.
• Adapt to shifting priorities and manage multiple concurrent reporting initiatives with strong follow-through and time management.
• Communicate complex technical findings in clear, executive-ready language to non-technical stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Data Science, or a related field
• 1–2 years of experience as a reporting analyst, data analyst, or related role
• Proficiency in Power BI, SQL, and Excel
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills
• Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST)
• Experience with NetSuite is preferred
