📋 Description
- • Serve as a strategic liaison between Business Operations, IT, Pricing, Underwriting, and Compliance teams to execute nationwide Homeowners insurance product launches, rate changes, and compliance mandates.
- • Coordinate and manage complex, state-by-state or regional rollout plans for Homeowners lines of business, ensuring timely and accurate implementation across all jurisdictions.
- • Lead and facilitate large-scale, cross-functional weekly meetings with stakeholders who report to other departments, driving accountability, risk mitigation, and project transparency without direct authority.
- • Develop and deliver executive-level communications including summary emails, status dashboards, and PowerPoint presentations that translate complex product trends and project timelines into actionable insights.
- • Maintain and govern an automated SharePoint Forms and Microsoft Lists database to standardize project intake, tracking, and lifecycle management across all operational initiatives.
- • Manage, run, and scale downstream data assets using advanced Excel workbooks (including pivot tables, complex formulas, and troubleshooting existing VBA code) to replace manual data collection processes.
- • Create and monitor Power BI reports to provide real-time performance analytics for regional and countrywide Homeowners insurance products, informing strategic decision-making.
- • Analyze performance trends and operational metrics to identify inefficiencies, recommend improvements, and support data-driven conversations with leadership.
- • Demonstrate a digital mindset by leveraging data and analytics to evaluate situations, weigh options, and proactively remove obstacles to achieve key performance indicators.
- • Adapt flexibly to ambiguity and evolving priorities during multi-state rollouts, demonstrating comfort with changing requirements across diverse functional teams.
- • Actively seek and integrate perspectives from cross-functional stakeholders including Pricing, Compliance, Underwriting, Finance, and IT to foster collaboration and drive collective ownership of outcomes.
- • Motivate and engage teams across departments to perform at their highest potential during high-stakes, large-scale initiatives without formal supervisory authority.
- • Operate in a 100% remote environment with a countrywide focus, requiring self-direction, strong communication, and reliable home office infrastructure.
- • Ensure compliance with all internal data governance standards and maintain accuracy in all operational tracking systems used for product execution.
- • Support continuous improvement of operational workflows by identifying manual processes and implementing automated or streamlined alternatives using existing enterprise tools.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of operational coordination, business liaison, or project execution experience within the insurance industry (Homeowners or Property lines heavily preferred)
- • Proven track record leading large-scale cross-functional teams and meetings without direct authority over participants
- • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot tables, formulas, and comfort navigating/troubleshooting existing VBA code)
- • Strong comfort with SharePoint Forms, Microsoft Lists, and running/interpreting Power BI dashboards
- • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment with a dedicated, private workspace and reliable internet (minimum 50 MB download / 5 MB upload)
