- • As a Horse Racing Operations Associate at DraftKings, you will support the day-to-day execution and growth of the Horse Racing product, playing a key role in ensuring seamless operations and strong customer engagement.
- • Your daily responsibilities include supporting operational processes, collaborating with Product, Marketing, Analytics, and Compliance teams, analyzing promotional and product performance using data, assisting in campaign execution, and contributing to project planning and delivery.
- • You will join a fast-moving, innovative team at DraftKings, a publicly traded technology company (NASDAQ: DKNG) headquartered in Boston, that is actively shaping the future of sports betting and gaming through AI-driven solutions and cross-functional collaboration.
- • In this role, you will develop analytical and operational expertise, gain hands-on experience in the horse racing industry, strengthen your project management and data interpretation skills, and contribute to measurable improvements in customer experience and business metrics.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field is preferred.
- • Must be based in Oregon and able to work remotely from within the state.
- • At least 1 year of experience in an operations, analytics, or business support role, ideally in a fast-paced or data-driven environment.
- • Strong analytical skills with experience using Microsoft Excel to interpret data and generate insights.
- • A baseline knowledge of the horse racing industry is strongly preferred.
- • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
