- • The RN Clinical Nurse provides patient-centered, specialized, evidence-based nursing care across the continuum through an interprofessional approach to treatment, research, education, and advocacy, contributing to ThedaCare’s mission of reinventing healthcare by becoming a proactive partner in health and enriching lives.
- • Day to day responsibilities include utilizing the nursing process to assess patient conditions and develop care plans, collaborating with interprofessional teams to meet patient needs, demonstrating clinical expertise in specialty areas, improving patient experience and care processes, mentoring and engaging team members, consulting with physicians, and proactively managing risk during emergencies and life-threatening situations.

🎯 Requirements
- • Current Wisconsin RN Licensure
- • American Heart Association Healthcare Provider Basic Life Support (BLS)
- • BSN Completion: Required within five (5) years of hire for non-BSN nurses with less than one (1) year of licensed RN experience
