- • As a Hospital Manager at Veterinary Emergency Group (VEG), you will lead and operate your hospital with ownership and purpose, shaping a high-performing, inclusive environment on the frontlines of veterinary emergency care. You’ll be a constant presence, driving culture, engagement, efficiency, and financial health while ensuring exceptional care for pets and their people.
- • Day to day, you will actively recruit, hire, onboard, and develop teams of 50+; ensure hospital compliance, maintenance, and operational soundness; deliver exceptional patient and client experiences; drive financial performance through P&L oversight, budgeting, and revenue growth; and build community partnerships with referring veterinarians and local businesses to strengthen VEG’s reputation.
