- • As HR AI & Automation Operations Lead at Remote Referral Board Inc., you will design and implement intelligent automation systems that connect data across platforms, eliminate manual tasks, and enable scalable, high-performance operations on a global stage, directly supporting Remote’s mission to simplify global employment compliance.
- • Day to day, you will map operational processes, identify bottlenecks, and architect end-to-end automated workflows using low-code tools (Zapier, Make, Retool, n8n) and light scripting (Python, TypeScript, JavaScript); deploy and govern AI agents for document processing, query triage, and policy guidance; build data pipelines across HRIS, payroll, and case management systems; develop analytics dashboards with SQL and BI tools; and lead cross-functional collaboration, change management, and mentorship of junior team members.
- • You will join a globally distributed, asynchronous team spanning six continents, working within Remote’s EOR Operations vertical to support HR Operations teams and partner with Product, Engineering, Design, and IT to drive innovation in HR technology and process excellence.
- • In this role, you will gain deep expertise in AI-driven automation within regulated HR environments, strengthen your end-to-end ownership of multi-phase initiatives from prototype to optimization, and develop leadership capabilities in technical governance, change management, and team enablement—positioning you as a strategic enabler of scalable, compliant global operations.
