📋 Description

• • As HR AI & Automation Operations Lead at Remote Technologies Inc., you will drive operational excellence by designing and implementing intelligent automation systems that streamline global HR processes, eliminate manual tasks, and ensure compliance across international employment workflows.
• • Day to day, you will map operational bottlenecks, build data pipelines via APIs and low-code tools (Zapier, Make, n8n), deploy AI agents for document processing and policy guidance, develop analytics dashboards using SQL and BI tools, and lead cross-functional collaboration to enable scalable, high-performance HR operations.
