• • The HR Associate at AbriCare plays a critical role in building a best-in-class people operation from the ground up, ensuring seamless onboarding, accurate payroll, and HRIS data integrity to support the company’s growth in personal care and home health services.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include managing end-to-end onboarding for caregivers and branch staff, processing payroll in Paylocity for weekly and bi-weekly cycles, maintaining accurate employee records, guiding new hires through benefits enrollment, and supporting HR policy, compliance, and team initiatives.
• • AbriCare is a growing Medicaid-based and private pay personal care services startup focused on delivering high-quality home health care while establishing strong HR foundations to support scalable operations.
• • In this role, the HR Associate will develop deep expertise in HR administration, payroll systems, compliance, and employee support, gaining hands-on experience in building HR infrastructure at a mission-driven startup with opportunities for career growth in Human Resources.
