📋 Description

• HR & Business Operations Graduate role at Protex AI Ltd., a global AI Safety and Operations Intelligence Company building intelligent operating systems for safer industrial workplaces.
• Support People & HR functions including onboarding coordination, employee records, interview scheduling, engagement initiatives, and act as first point of contact for general People queries across multiple regions.
• Assist with Business Operations by maintaining operational trackers, supporting cross-functional projects, using AI tools to streamline workflows, and managing internal communications and follow-ups.
• Oversee Office Management & Facilities including supplies, vendor relationships, meeting room bookings, visitor coordination, health & safety compliance, and planning logistics for company events and offsites.
• Support Finance with purchase order creation, invoice processing, expense management, month-end cost tracking, and liaising with Finance team on approvals and payment queries.
• Provide Co-Founder support through diary management, international travel coordination, and handling ad hoc personal and business requests with discretion.
• Work across People, Operations, Facilities, Finance, and Legal to keep a fast-moving, international company running smoothly while using AI tools confidently to draft documents, research suppliers, and automate repetitive tasks.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree-educated (any discipline) with a strong academic record or demonstrable aptitude
• Genuinely enthusiastic with positive energy and curiosity every single day
• Comfortable with technology and actively uses AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Notion AI, or similar) in everyday work or life
• Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail — nothing falls through the cracks
• Strong written and verbal communication skills — clear, concise, and professional across cultures
• Proactive and self-motivated — identifies what needs doing and gets on with it
