📋 Description

• HR Business Partner role at Civitta, an international company with 750+ colleagues across 20+ countries, delivering consulting, digital, funding, and public sector transformation projects across Central and Eastern Europe, Central Asia, the Caucasus, and other global markets.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include supporting Civitta’s daily operations across countries within HR, recruitment, marketing, finance, administration, legal, and other internal functions; solving problems, maintaining structure, and challenging assumptions that something 'is not possible'.
• The role is based in Armenia and part of the Headquarters team that enables cross-country operational effectiveness through HR partnership and internal service delivery.
• The person will learn to navigate complex international HR environments, develop stakeholder management skills across functions and geographies, and contribute to organizational effectiveness in a fast-paced, transformation-driven consulting firm.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in HR operations, recruitment, or HR business partnering within an international or multi-country environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to challenge assumptions to drive solutions.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills to support cross-functional teams effectively.
• Proficiency in English; additional language skills (e.g., Russian, Armenian) are a plus.
• Familiarity with HR processes such as onboarding, performance management, or employee relations.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative in a structured yet dynamic setting.
