- • As an HR Business Partner at Bjak Sdn. Bhd., you will serve as an embedded advisor and problem-solver, translating business priorities into practical people execution across a fast-evolving, global organization.
- • You will partner with business leaders and managers on team effectiveness, performance management, and day-to-day people decisions, while translating business goals into people actions across hiring, engagement, performance, and workforce planning.
- • You will support employee relations matters and performance conversations with sound judgment, contribute to workforce planning and headcount tracking, and support talent initiatives including onboarding, career development, internal mobility, and learning programs.
- • You will operate across multiple geographies and business contexts, using people data and feedback to identify trends, surface risks, and recommend improvements, all while working in a flat, execution-focused culture that values initiative over hierarchy.
