📋 Description
- • As a pivotal HR Business Partner at Jasper AI, you will be instrumental in shaping our company's future by empowering our leadership team, nurturing our most valuable asset – our people – and actively cultivating a thriving, high-performance culture. This role is designed for a strategic and relationship-driven HR professional who is eager to blend sophisticated HR expertise with a passion for organizational development and talent management within a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment. You will be a trusted advisor, collaborating closely with leaders across the organization to translate business objectives into impactful people strategies and foundational programs that drive sustained growth and innovation.
- • You will be responsible for developing and nurturing robust, consultative relationships with business leaders and managers across various departments. This involves understanding their unique challenges, strategic priorities, and team dynamics to provide tailored HR guidance and support. Your ability to build trust and rapport will be key to effectively influencing decisions and driving people-centric initiatives.
- • Serve as a strategic advisor on a wide spectrum of people-related matters. This includes offering expert counsel on organizational design, workforce planning, change management, and employee relations. You will help leaders navigate complex situations, make informed decisions, and build more effective and resilient teams.
- • Partner collaboratively with the broader People team, including Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, and HR Operations, to ensure seamless integration and alignment of HR processes and systems. Your input will be crucial in designing and refining these functions to meet the evolving needs of the business and support our growth trajectory.
- • Play a key role in the development and execution of comprehensive talent strategies and programs. This encompasses supporting performance management cycles, designing clear career growth paths, and contributing to talent acquisition strategies that attract, retain, and develop top talent aligned with Jasper's unique culture and ambitious growth objectives.
- • Contribute to the design and implementation of impactful learning and development (L&D) programs. You will help identify skill gaps within the organization and collaborate on initiatives that enhance employee capabilities, foster continuous learning, and support career progression, particularly in the context of an AI-first industry.
- • Drive initiatives focused on enhancing employee engagement and fostering a positive, high-performance culture. This includes developing and implementing programs that promote employee well-being, recognize contributions, and create an environment where every team member feels valued, motivated, and empowered to do their best work.
- • Leverage data and analytics to inform strategic decision-making. You will analyze workforce metrics, employee feedback, performance data, and other relevant insights to identify trends, diagnose challenges, and develop evidence-based foundational people programs that address critical business needs.
- • Work closely with leadership to proactively identify skill gaps and emerging talent needs. You will then collaborate on the formation and execution of targeted development interventions and strategies to build the capabilities required for future success.
- • Champion and help create systems and processes that support a culture of continuous feedback and professional growth. This includes exploring innovative ways to gather feedback, facilitate development conversations, and ensure employees have the resources and support they need to advance their careers.
- • Embrace and integrate AI tools into your daily workflows within the People team, demonstrating a forward-thinking approach to HR technology and efficiency. You will be at the forefront of leveraging these tools to enhance our HR operations and employee experience.
- • This fully remote role reports to the Director, HR Business Partner, and is an exceptional opportunity for an ambitious HR professional to make a significant impact in a rapidly growing, innovative company. You will be empowered to take ownership, drive change, and contribute to building a world-class people function.
