  • • At Hudl, we believe in the power of sports to shape lives, instilling lessons of teamwork, dedication, and resilience. We are committed to providing the tools and technology that help athletes and coaches at all levels see their game differently, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and achievement. Our commitment to our employees has been recognized, with Hudl named one of Newsweek's Top 100 Global Most Loved Workplaces in 2023.
  • • As an HR Business Partner, you will be instrumental in shaping and executing our people strategies. You will act as a trusted advisor to leadership, providing expert guidance and support across the entire employee lifecycle. Your responsibilities will span from talent acquisition and development to performance management, employee relations, and fostering a positive and inclusive company culture. You will be a key player in ensuring our talent initiatives are tightly aligned with our overarching business objectives, contributing directly to Hudl's continued success and expansion.
  • • This role demands a unique blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution. You will be responsible for providing dedicated HR support to our teams within the EMEA region, collaborating closely with our specialized People Operations functions, including Learning & Development, Talent Management, and Compensation & Benefits. Your ability to translate high-level talent goals into actionable plans and to implement these initiatives effectively will be crucial.
  • • Key responsibilities and contributions include:
  • • Serving as a Strategic Partner and Trusted Advisor: You will build strong relationships with leaders across Hudl, offering proactive coaching and counsel on critical HR matters. This includes navigating complex employee relations issues, guiding performance management processes, driving employee engagement initiatives, and championing our unique company culture.
  • • Driving Talent Strategy and Execution: You will be responsible for developing and refining the talent strategy for your designated business areas. This involves translating strategic objectives into concrete, executable action plans that address current needs and anticipate future challenges, ensuring our talent pipeline is robust and aligned with business growth.
  • • Fostering Innovation and Collaboration: You will actively contribute to the design and implementation of innovative programs aimed at enhancing team performance, employee development, and overall organizational effectiveness. You will work collaboratively with the broader People Operations team to ensure the seamless delivery of HR services and support to all employees, referred to as Hudlies.
  • • Navigating a High-Growth Environment: Hudl is a dynamic, fast-paced company experiencing significant growth. You will need to exercise sound judgment, make timely decisions, and adapt quickly to evolving business needs and priorities. Your ability to iterate and refine processes as we scale will be essential.
  • • Championing Employee Experience: You will play a key role in ensuring a positive and supportive employee experience at every stage of the employee journey, from onboarding to offboarding. This includes actively listening to employee feedback and implementing initiatives that enhance satisfaction, retention, and overall well-being.
  • • Supporting Regional HR Operations: You will provide essential HR support to our teams across the EMEA region, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations while upholding Hudl's global HR policies and values. This requires a nuanced understanding of international HR practices.
  • • Leveraging Data for Decision-Making: You will utilize HR data and analytics to identify trends, diagnose challenges, and inform strategic recommendations. Your ability to translate data insights into actionable plans will be critical for effective leadership advisory and program development.
  • • Promoting a Culture of Continuous Learning and Development: You will encourage and support professional growth opportunities for employees, working with L&D partners to ensure access to relevant resources and development programs that foster a culture of lifelong learning.
  • • Embracing Change and Driving Evolution: In a rapidly evolving industry, you will be a catalyst for positive change, proactively identifying opportunities to improve HR processes and systems. You will embrace new challenges and drive the evolution of our HR practices to meet the demands of a growing global company.
  • • This role is based in London, United Kingdom, and requires candidates to live within a commutable distance. While we offer flexible work arrangements, including remote work options, proximity to the office is currently a consideration. We are looking for individuals who are not only skilled but also embody Hudl's values and are excited to contribute to our mission of building great teams and empowering athletes worldwide.
