You will act as a trusted advisor to leadership, providing expert guidance and support across the entire employee lifecycle. You will be responsible for providing dedicated HR support to our teams within the EMEA region, collaborating closely with our specialized People Operations functions, including Learning & Development, Talent Management, and Compensation & Benefits. • • Key responsibilities and contributions include:
• • Serving as a Strategic Partner and Trusted Advisor: You will build strong relationships with leaders across Hudl, offering proactive coaching and counsel on critical HR matters. This includes navigating complex employee relations issues, guiding performance management processes, driving employee engagement initiatives, and championing our unique company culture.
• • Driving Talent Strategy and Execution: You will be responsible for developing and refining the talent strategy for your designated business areas. This involves translating strategic objectives into concrete, executable action plans that address current needs and anticipate future challenges, ensuring our talent pipeline is robust and aligned with business growth.
