- • This freelance HR Business Partner - AI Trainer role is critical for ensuring that advanced AI systems develop authentic, practical, and commercially sound understanding of HR strategy and people management at scale. By applying real-world HR expertise, you will directly influence how AI models reason about complex organizational challenges, making their outputs more reliable and valuable for enterprise use.
- • Day to day, you will review and refine AI-generated outputs on HR strategy, talent management, organizational design, culture, employee relations, and business change; evaluate AI responses for commercial realism, compliance, and HR best practices; draft realistic HR scenarios and case studies based on your hands-on experience; create scenario variations from multiple perspectives (HRBP, people lead, executive, board member); and identify gaps, oversimplifications, or flawed assumptions in AI-generated content to improve its accuracy and depth.
- • You will join 10x.team, a specialized network connecting expert freelancers with leading AI labs to build next-generation models. The company focuses on bridging human expertise with AI development, ensuring that AI systems are grounded in real-world professional knowledge, particularly in high-stakes domains like HR and people operations.
- • In this role, you will deepen your understanding of how AI interprets and applies HR concepts, sharpen your critical analysis of HR reasoning, and gain direct experience in shaping AI training data — positioning you at the forefront of the intersection between HR strategy and artificial intelligence.
🎯 Requirements
- • Senior HR Business Partner, HR strategist, people operations lead, or talent leader with several years of hands-on experience in talent management, organizational design, employee relations, or transformative people projects
- • Based in and eligible to work in the EU or UK
- • Strong ability to assess HR reasoning, logical soundness, and practical solutions, with comfort providing structured, critical feedback independently
