Full Job Description
đź“‹ Description
- • Shape the future of a rapidly scaling global workforce as the strategic HR Business Partner for EMEA at AtlasXHM LLC. In this 12-month fixed-term contract, you will own the full employee lifecycle across 20+ countries, partnering with senior leaders to translate ambitious business goals into people-first strategies that unlock performance and culture.
- • You will serve as the primary point of contact for VPs, Directors and People Managers in Europe, Middle East and Africa, translating market nuances into pragmatic HR solutions. From Dublin to Dubai, you will design scalable frameworks for talent acquisition, onboarding, performance, compensation and compliance that respect local legislation while reinforcing our global culture of curiosity, courage and customer obsession.
- • Own workforce planning for a region that has doubled headcount in 18 months. Partner with Finance and Talent Acquisition to forecast hiring needs, build succession pipelines and create agile resourcing models that keep pace with product launches and new market entries. Your data-driven insights will directly influence executive decisions on org design, geographic expansion and investment priorities.
- • Drive end-to-end employee relations with empathy and commercial acumen. Coach managers through complex investigations, disciplinary processes and restructures, ensuring fair outcomes that protect both employee dignity and business continuity. You will maintain a 100 % case-resolution SLA and reduce escalations by 30 % through proactive training and policy clarity.
- • Champion inclusive leadership. Design and deliver region-wide DEI initiatives that move the needle on representation, pay equity and psychological safety. Partner with Employee Resource Groups to localize global campaigns and create measurable action plans that close demographic gaps in leadership roles.
- • Lead annual compensation and benefits cycles for 1,200 employees across 15 currencies. Benchmark against local market data, model cost scenarios and present recommendations to the C-suite. You will own the rollout of a new global job architecture and ensure seamless integration with Workday HCM.
- • Build high-impact learning journeys. Identify critical skill gaps in engineering, sales and customer success, then curate blended programs that blend digital micro-learning, cohort workshops and stretch assignments. Track ROI through engagement, promotion and retention metrics that prove L&D drives revenue.
- • Embed HR analytics into everyday decision-making. Create dashboards that track headcount, attrition, engagement and productivity by region, function and manager. Translate insights into story-led narratives that influence budget owners and inspire action.
- • Act as culture carrier for our remote-first environment. Design rituals—virtual coffee chats, quarterly summits, recognition programs—that foster belonging across time zones. You will measure culture health quarterly and iterate programs to maintain a 90 %+ engagement score.
- • Ensure bulletproof compliance with GDPR, UK Employment Law, French Code du Travail, German Betriebsverfassungsgesetz and emerging EU directives. Partner with external counsel to conduct audits, update policies and deliver manager training that reduces legal risk to near zero.
- • Coach and mentor a high-potential HR Coordinator located in Amsterdam, building their capability to own operational tasks so you can focus on strategic impact. Provide weekly 1:1s, quarterly development plans and stretch projects that prepare them for future BP roles.
- • Contribute to global HR projects including the rollout of a new performance philosophy, global mobility framework and employee listening strategy. Your regional expertise will ensure EMEA requirements are embedded from day one, avoiding costly retrofits.
🎯 Requirements
- • 7+ years of progressive HR Business Partner experience in multinational technology or SaaS environments, with at least 3 years supporting EMEA markets
- • Demonstrated expertise in UK, German and French employment law, plus working knowledge of GDPR and emerging EU HR regulations
- • Proven track record of designing and scaling HR programs across multiple countries, ideally within a remote-first or hybrid workforce
- • Advanced proficiency with Workday HCM or similar cloud HRIS; able to configure workflows, build reports and train end-users
- • CIPD Level 7, SHRM-SCP or equivalent HR certification strongly preferred
- • Fluent in English; professional proficiency in German, French or Spanish is a significant plus
🏖️ Benefits
- • Fully remote contract with flexible working hours and a €2,000 home-office setup allowance
- • 30 days annual leave plus local public holidays and a discretionary year-end closure
- • Annual professional development budget of €3,500 for certifications, conferences and coaching
- • Comprehensive private medical, dental and vision coverage for you and eligible dependents
- • Access to quarterly company summits in rotating EMEA cities, all expenses paid
